Create wallets, deposit and withdraw crypto, move funds between ledgers, and swap assets.

1. Get to know the Crypto Wallet Service page

This is your home base for everything crypto wallet-related. Go to Services > Crypto Wallet Service in the left-hand menu to open it.

The page has three parts:

  1. Summary panel. Shows your total wallet balance across every asset, a ring chart with the percentage split between coins, and a portfolio trend graph.
  2. Wallet cards. One card per asset you hold (for example Ethereum, Tether USDt, Bitcoin, USD Coin). Each card shows the coin balance and its USD equivalent. Tap any card to open that wallet's own page.
  3. Transaction history. Four tabs — Deposits, Withdrawals, Transfers, and Swaps — list every transaction across all your wallets, with search and filter controls on the right.

Three buttons in the top-right corner start the main actions covered in this guide: Transfer, Create new wallet, and Swap.

2. Create a new wallet

Add a wallet for a new asset you don't already hold.

  1. On the Crypto Wallet Service page, click Create new wallet in the top-right corner.
  2. In the New wallet window, open Select Asset and choose a coin. Only assets you don't already have a wallet for appear here.
  3. Click Create wallet.

What happens next.

A confirmation appears — "New main wallet request queued successfully." Your new wallet shows up as an additional card on the Crypto Wallet Service page, starting with a balance of 0.

3. Open an individual wallet

Tap any wallet card on the overview page to see that asset on its own. Every wallet detail page has the same layout:

  1. Balance card — the coin balance and its approximate USD value.
  2. Total Transaction Volume card — lifetime deposit volume, with filters for time range.
  3. Add [Asset] Sub Wallet — creates a secondary address under the same wallet (see "Add a sub-wallet" below).
  4. Withdraw and Deposit buttons in the top-right corner (Withdraw only appears once the wallet holds a balance).
  5. Sub Wallets, Deposits, and Withdrawals tabs — history scoped to this one asset only.

4. Deposit crypto into a wallet

  1. Open the wallet you want to fund, then click Deposit.
  2. In the Choose network window, confirm the network shown (for example, Bitcoin) and click Continue.
  3. You'll see a Deposit screen with a QR code and your wallet's deposit address. Scan the QR code or click Copy wallet address to send funds from an external wallet or exchange.

Double-check the network.

The window warns that assets can be lost if sent on the wrong network. Always confirm the network matches where the funds are coming from before continuing.

What happens next.

A notification confirms the amount received (for example, "5 BTC via bitcoin"). The wallet balance updates immediately, and a new row appears in the Deposits tab with a status of Successful.

5. Withdraw crypto from a wallet

  1. Open the wallet you want to withdraw from, then click Withdraw (only available once the wallet holds a balance).
  2. In the Withdraw crypto window, enter the Recipient wallet address, or click View saved addresses to reuse one you've saved before.
  3. Choose the correct network for that address (for example, Bitcoin, BTC SegWit, Lightning Network, Ethereum ERC20, or BNB Smart Chain BEP20).
  4. Optionally turn on Save this wallet address to reuse it next time.
  5. Enter an amount, or use the 25% / 50% / 75% / 100% quick-fill buttons next to your available balance.
  6. Optionally add a note under "Why are you withdrawing?"
  7. Click Continue and confirm the withdrawal.

Address validation

If the recipient address doesn't match the selected network, the system may show "Address is not valid for the network" and block you from continuing until it's fixed.

6. Add a sub-wallet

A sub-wallet is a separate address under the same asset — useful for separating funds by client, project, or purpose.

  1. On any wallet detail page, click Add [Asset] Sub Wallet.
  2. Enter a Wallet Name to identify it.
  3. Click Create sub wallet.

There's a fee

A note in the window states you'll be charged $5 for each sub-wallet you create.

Once created, the sub-wallet appears in the Sub Wallets tab with its own name, network, address, and creation date.

7. Transfer funds between ledgers

Transfers move funds internally between your Trading ledger and Funding ledger — they don't leave OneLiquidity.

  1. From the main Crypto Wallet Service page, click Transfer.
  2. Choose a destination ledger — Trading ledger or Funding ledger.
  3. Choose which crypto to move (USDC, ETH, USDT, or BTC).
  4. Enter an amount, or use the 25% / 50% / 75% / 100% quick-fill buttons.
  5. Click Continue.

What happens next.

A "Transferring funds…" indicator appears briefly, then the source wallet's balance drops by the transferred amount and a new row appears in the Transfers tab with a status of Successful.

8. Swap one asset for another

  1. From the main Crypto Wallet Service page, click Swap.
  2. Under From, select the asset you're swapping away and enter an amount (or use the quick-fill buttons).
  3. Under To, select the asset you want to receive. Use the swap-direction button between the two fields to flip From and To at any time.
  4. Click Request for quote.
  5. Review the exchange rate and inverse rate shown, along with a short countdown before the quote expires.
  6. Click Proceed to swap assets before the countdown ends.

Quotes expire fast.

The rate is only locked in for a few seconds. If you see "Quote expired," click Refresh to get a new rate, then confirm right away.

9. Review your transaction history

Two places to check past activity:

  1. Crypto Wallet Service overview page — the Deposits / Withdrawals / Transfers / Swaps tabs here show activity across every wallet combined.
  2. An individual wallet's page — its Deposits / Withdrawals (and Sub Wallets) tabs show only that asset's activity.

Each table can be sorted by column, searched by keyword, and filtered. Typical columns include Wallet (the asset involved), Sender / Receiver (the originating and destination addresses), Trans Hash (the blockchain transaction reference), Amount / Amount (USD), Status (Successful, pending, or failed), and Date.
